The "Ensemble" by Suffolk is made specifically for lower crowned feet and features a low profile made on a last that have been sculpted to create a contoured heel to prevent extra satin while en pointe. The sole pattern was designed to assist the dancer in achieving correct placement. Other features include a low vamp that is hand cut into the perfect U-shape. Available in standard and light shanks. Please specify when ordering. Ribbons not included.
Since pointe shoes are so specific, we would highly recommend to be fitted for shoes before buying them. For strong feet, you are going to want to purchase a shoe with a harder shank. - DDS Customer Service (11/14/2013)
I have had suffolk pointe shoes before and i know i'm a 6.5xxx, but the only one i can find in this side has an "N" after the x's. I don't exactly know what that means, could someone tell me?
'N' means narrow. (you can have a narrow foot but still have a wide box. (wide box= thicker/less tapered toes and more balance) FYI, I work at DDS and fit countless people into their shoes each day I get called in for work :) so as far as experience, pretty close to expert.... - DDS Customer Service (12/03/2012)
