Otherwise, orders less than 1 lb for a flat rate of $4.95 and $8.95 for orders greater than 1 lb. Delivery times may vary based on delivery zip code. "Dancers may wear any leotard with tights or dance shorts/leggings OR dance shorts/leggings with a fitted Monarch Movement Company tank or tee. Emphasis on fitted so we may see the dancer's alignment. Shoes for jazz are tan jazz booties without ties. Kaleidoscope dancers should choose Bloch or Capezio shoes. Hair should be pulled back in a bun, braid, pigtails, or pony."
