I wear a street 8-8.5 and was between sizes according to the chart, so opted for the smaller of the two (M). Maybe should have purchased a small because they are VERY stretchy and the part between the toes is too long to where the sole doesn't sit at the right part of my foot. No help with turns and does not protect the tops of my feet during floorwork as I had hoped. I wish I had known before using them so I could return them... They are not usable.
