These tights are more expensive for a reason, they really do slightly sculpt the leg and define muscle tone. Bought the stage pink and it’s not too pink or peachy but a nice universal color that would match most pointe or ballet shoes. Definitely worth a try!
Having worn Capezio Pro Mesh Seamed tights for the past 4 years, I am a total convert to Zarely. As in, I just threw out ALL my old tights and replaced them with Zarely. The compression in strategic places (ankle, knee, etc) is noticible but not overbearing, and they are SOFT. The transition hole at the bottom of the foot is not irritating at all, whether I’m in my pointe shoes or flats.
My ONLY qualm with these tights is that my Capezio ones were virtually indestructible (I’d get a hole in the toe about once a year or so), whereas these ones are softer, and therefor a little more touchy. I haven’t had issue with runs, but when i was in a rush to put on my 8-month-old Zarely tights for a dress-rehearsal, I managed to stick my thumb through the fabric as I pulled them up. (And that’s why you always bring several pair for performances, lol).
All in all, I adore my Zarely’s and if I have to replace them a hair more often, it’s more than worth the comfort and support.
