We ship all orders less than 10 lbs expedited ground freight. Receive free freight (continental USA) on orders over $49 with use of code. Otherwise, orders less than 1 lb for a flat rate of $4.95 and $8.95 for orders greater than 1 lb. Delivery times may vary based on delivery zip code. Orders greater than 10 lbs will be shipped ground and may exceed 3-days. Delivery times do not include processing time. Cannot be combined with other offers and additional restrictions may apply.
This is an excellent product. But the packaging is poor. The paper bag came partly torn and totally wrinkled by the shipping process. It is too small for its contents and not durable enough to carry around in your dance bag. I intend to continue using this product as I like it a lot better than lambswool, but I wish they would improve the packaging.

It's very comfortable but I find after using it a couple times its pretty much useless.
