I no longer dance, but I always wanted one of these warm-ups. I'm 5'5, 135lbs, ordered the medium size. I'm so glad I did, as the small would have been too tight. It has the right amount of fit through the torso, even in though I'm at my heaviest (thanks COVID) and the right amount of bagginess in the leg. The length is perfect, too. I would recommend these to any dancer or former dancer who loves rompers!

I love this warmup! I had to size up for extra length and it is a bit bulky in the middle but I suppose that's okay since it is just a warmup. This product is so soft- I want to wear it even when I'm not dancing!

I could live in this warm up!

I love this so much and wear it so much that my Non dancing sister and mom both started to envy it. I got them both one for Christmas and they love it. I am 5'4 and 105lbs and the small is perfect, it is baggy and comfortable. My mom is only 5 foot so I got her a petite, honestly I should have gone small. It isn't as baggy and cozy on her so when in doubt go up a size. My friend is 5'6 and has a small and wishes she went medium.

SO comfy. Exactly what I was looking for. Not too heavy or thick, but a nice coverup. The straps are shorter than the old Bloch jumpers, so now you can actually wear it up or tied at the waist and folded over. I also like the ties around the ankle. Glad I ordered the small. I'm a solid Medium in tights and leotard, but the small is still a bit long for me and plenty loose.

Comfortable and just-warm-enough warm up
by: Marzi - 12/14/2014
Comfort:
Durability:
Love this warm up! I'd buy more if they had more colors! Light cotton knit, so it's not too hot, but keeps the whole body nice and warm. It's as the other reviewers stated in that it's made for very tall women, but, since there are ties at the ankle, it's possible to keep the legs from dragging the floor or tripping you. Use a piece of elastic to create a waist tie if you want to tighten up the look.

This warm up suit is by far the most comfortable thing i own but the drawstrings around the ankles are a bit fussy. i sometimes step on them if they are not tight enough and cant get it off quickly for center if i tie it tightly. I would recommend getting it a few sizes smaller because it is really baggy around the lower back and bottom. the bust size is adjustable and will surely keep you warm at barre. two thumbs up!

great for teaching in
by: cmmcur - 09/15/2013
Comfort:
Durability:
I have worn these overall style warm-ups for teaching for close to 20 years. They keep your back and body warm enough while you teach multiple classes, and because they are overalls, you don't have to worry about your middle showing. The style is definitely baggy around the body, which serves my ever changing body well - worn them through 3 pregnancies and post. They used to come with a little elastic belt, I just buy elastic by the yard to cut and wear.
I am 5' 9" and the leg length is perfect.

These are made of a thin-weight fabric which is good. The drawstring are really long because the entire outfit is huge!! I wish they were better fitted, but they are very comfy.

Potato Sack, fun but not especially useful
by: YellowSwan - 03/29/2013
Comfort:
Durability:
I'm 5'6" w a long back, not so long legs, and I got a SMALL. The legs are cut ok but the torso is cut for someone more than 6 feet tall! It's fine that it could also fit a very WIDE person but it's way too long as well. The crotch sags about 1/3 way to my knees so i had to cinch the ankle part up to my knees so the gravity and crotch seam hitting my legs annoy me less. Potential hazard to wear for center work, seriously! It's bizarre that there's no waist tie; that would make it possible to hike up the crotch. It's also not that warm, t shirt weight like someone said. It's fun for wearing over other warmups between rehearsals maybe, to stay warmer, but it's pretty hard to dance in. I think it's moving to my collection of goofy loungewear to wear around the house. The Mirella overalls work for me & are warm, the Bloch rolldown waist knit pants are warm but too short and get saggy. But nowhere near the kind of saggy this cotton bag is! comedy.

Super Comfy, Great for Tall Dancers!
by: ecmitulski - 12/08/2012
Comfort:
I absolutely love this warm-up! I am 5' 8", have a very small chest (not even an A cup), and weigh around 130 lbs and I got a medium. This is the perfect length for me, even being as tall as I am; it just hits the floor, which is great because it doesn't look awkward, nor is it distracting from the line of my feet while dancing. There are only 2 things I wish I would've known about this before buying: 1. This warm-up is very light weight, more of a cotton t-shirt material, so if you're looking for something thicker, don't get this! 2. There is no place that this cinches at the waist, so it looks super baggy around my mid section. Also having practically no boobs, it looks loose around my chest area as well.
Other than those 2 things, I am super happy with this warm-up and suggest it to everyone, especially tall dancers!

Warm-Up Overall Perfection.

My aunt bought this unitard for me and I LOVE IT! It looked HUGE when I took it out of the box, and I thought I'd have to send it back, but once I put it on it fit pretty well! Its a little long, but I just roll up the pants a little and its great! It helps you warm up so quickly! I wear it to class, for rehearsals, and even to the grocery store sometimes! I also like rolling down the top to my waist to that its like sweatpants! Looks really cute with pointe shoes too! If youre on the fence about buying it, BUY IT! YOU'LL LOVE IT!

I love this warmy so much. It is soft and comfy, and the material keeps you warm but not overheated like some heavier knits. It is great for rehearsal if you need to dance and then stand still for awhile. Protects you a bit while doing floor work. Everyone at my college wants one. The strings can come out, just be careful or lace them back in with a safety pin. I wish it came in more colors!

I love this warm up, and I am wearing it as I type. I'm 5'8" with a 64" girth, 134 lb. with more bulky than lean muscle. Because of my long torso, I got a large and when I pulled it out of the box it looked huge. However I washed it and it shrunk a little. It still fits loosely, but not bad. It's very warm and cozy. It's perfect for warming up before class or having to walk out in the cold weather to meet your mom after class.

Extremely comfortable. I'm glad I read reviews before I bought. At 5'4" and 135 lbs. I normally order a large leotard. I ordered a medium in this and it was still huge. The legs are very long. I wished I had ordered a belt like someone else suggested to keep it cinched at the waist.

I bought this to cover up quickly before and after ballet class and it is one of my favorite pieces of clothing overall! The fabric is extremely soft and everybody in my class always wants to know where I got it. I got a small and it is loose and comfy. The ties on the top and around the ankles allow you to adjust it to your liking so I can even roll it to look like dance pants! I definitely recommend this to everybody!

It's okay, and it keeps me somewhat warm, but the adjusting ties become frayed and the strings that fray off become tangled. I have had it for a few years because it does the job, but it is very shapeless and I usually tie an elastic around my waist and roll the top down so it warms my hips and legs up but my teacher can see how my stomach and back are working.

I already have this, it's a few years old now, and I LOVE it! It's great all year round. It was time for a new one so I ordered the same exact size as my old one, a size small (5'3", 107lbs.). The new one is HUGE! I mean really big! So I'm retuning for a petite.

Very Cozy!

These are lovely warm-ups, very cozy and lovely. In my tights and leotard I was very warm and comfy, however I've worn them with just a tank top and sweatshirt and I was a tiny bit chilly (in my freezing house). They definitely run large. I'm 5'6" and it's huge, but amazingly comfy all the same. The ankle drawstrings keep me from stepping on the hems. The only complaint is the drawstring is a little tube that is seamed shut and already the threads in the seam have started breaking. However, even if it came unseamed, the drawstrings are still usable and won't fall apart, so I don't care.

My mom got me a pair of black overalls for my birthday, and I love them! They are so cute and almost everyone at my studio has them. They do leave residue on pink tights so try to wear a different color pair of tights under them. I love them so if you need a warm up, this is a good buy!!! And they are so cute.

This is perfect for my cold studio! I'm 5'9 and got a large like the other reviewer. Large was perfect length-wise. However, it's huge everywhere else, so I just use a black hip alignment belt and that cinches my waist nicely, transforming me from fat/frumpy, to long, lean, dancing machine!

I've owned these for about 6 months in black, and I love them. I'm a costume character at an amusement park, and we wear unitards under our costumes, but I tend to get a little chilly in just that, so I wear it over the uni to warm up and stretch before getting in costume. It's a nice cover-up and I also wear it between dance classes. I wear a size 8, so the medium fits great, though I'm only 5'2" so it's a little long. I've washed it dozens of times and the color is still holding strong, though it still sheds black fuzzies a little. I even wear it to lounge around the house! Definitely worth the $20!

These are so comfy! Great to warm up in. I'm 5'9" so I had to get the large ( for length) it's just right length wise, and I think a medium would have been too short. I only wear black tights with it, since it does leave fuzz on your legs!

These are really awesome. I have them in pink.
They are just like pants with a really high waist and straps. They are the best for if you have a break in between classes. The sucky thing is that they don't show if you're doing it right so they aren't really good for class if your teacher likes to see what you're doing.
