Bando tutu features 4 layers of stiff netting for a perfect "puff" effect, a 1.25" hidden elastic waistband, and colors designed to perfectly match the Theatricals Satin Leotard (Style TH7500).
Not as pictured, very small for an adult. The ruffles or layers of the tutu are very small, not abundant as the photo shows. I bought this tutu in the Adult size for my 13 yr old ballet dancer daughter. She is 5 ft. 4 inches and 95 lbs. When she put the tutu around her waist, it fit her in the waist, but the tutu layers looked like it was made for a child! I do not recommend! Returning it today.

My dancer daughter needed this in yellow for a Halloween costume and it was perfect. It holds it shape, is not long, and is a true yellow color. The waistband is wide and soft for comfort. Exactly what she needed.
