This seems like a great quality leo-dress. The front is lined, the material is thick, and the cut on the legs is modest and covers the booty well. I ordered based on the size chart, and got a Small, which is my daughters regular size. She is about a 4T to 5T, and some 5T bottoms are a little big on her. This dress was immediately uncomfortable, and would be way too small after a wash. It was still very nice though! I would just say size up. I'm going to return and try a Medium. For reference, we have a Bloch leo that is a Small (6x-7) and it is a little big on her. So yes I do believe this one runs small.

Our studio switched to this style because too many little girls were having issues with their underwear showing, and these are fantastic! They do tend to run a little larger, we used to have Bloch, and they seemed to fit a little more snug.

After washing the leotards some of the fabric came undone. A note comes with the item saying that you can not return the item if worn. Well, I washed it so it would be clean to try on and now its falling apart. Not happy

I am really pleased with this purchase. I found the fit measurements to be accurate and the item ran true to size for us. There is lining in the front from the chest to the abdomen which I love. Seems to be really good quality. As others mentioned, the included hair clip is really cute but the actual clip itself is poor quality and on both of them that I received they were hanging by a single glue strand and immediately fell apart. Not too big of a deal for me since I can attach an alligator clip to fix the issue.

Beautiful, practical and comfy

My toddlers started ballet in August. This was one of the leotards suggested by the teacher. I am glad with my purchase. The leotard is very good quality and comfortable. My twins seem to like it and wear it with no problems.

Affordable and lasts!

I purchased again because my daughter grew out of her previous one. The attached dress is convenient to allow for easy packing for class so we don't have to keep up with two different items plus shoes. It also washes easily and has lasted 2years up until this month when I had to purchase another size. We definitely got our money's worth!

The colors of this dress are rich and true to the pictures. However, it runs very small. I had to send back multiple dresses as they did not match the measurements given. It was super frustrating.

The Leo is very well made. I was impressed with the feel, it's very soft, my daughter loves it. I took all of her measurements (not too tight hold the tape loosely while measuring) and I went with the larger size for her measurements. There is some overlap in the sizing chart so I picked the larger one and it fits great, she is thicker than some of the girls in dance she has a more muscular build than most six year olds so this may not work for you if your girl is more willowy you may have to go with the smaller one for the measurements. But overall a great value compared to purchasing both a leo and a skirt!!!
