I received this leotard in the mail, tried it on and was happy to see that it was just what I had hoped it to look like. However, when I wore it to class, I felt a bit self conscious in it because when raising my arms above my head or to the side, it showed off a bit more than I wanted it to. I am 5'6", 105 lbs and A cup and ordered a Small. Perhaps it would fit better on someone with a larger chest or with a bra on, though that would ruin the lovely low back. I will continue to wear this leotard as the fabric is comfortable and i like the cut of the legs, just not pleased with the way the top fit.
Really nice, soft, comfortable leo, but doesn't offer much support in the bust area. Runs slightly bigger than my regular size. Nice saturated color, (I got the pink).
When trying this on, I instantly knew it'd be too big. The halter strap hung very awkwardly and was way loose. I will be taking this in for alterations to adjust everything. Also, the top is very very plain. I will also be adding some sort of detailing to make this leo more attractive looking. On a positive note, the length of the back was perfect. I loved the "low but not too low" feel that this gave.
The "cotton" is rough and cheap. If I had kept this leo, I suspect it would have lost its shape after one class. This piece also runs small. I usually wear size M, but bought a size L, hoping for more room in the "tush" and bust. No such luck. The leg-line dug into my upper thighs and was very uncomfortable.
Don't get me wrong, it's not weird enough to send back, just wondering what the designers were thinking or if this is deliberate. But there is a strange little bagginess across the front for a halter that I've never seen before. Might take a needle and shur it myself, but for the money, I can't complain.
I love this style, but because I am so small breasted, the top was too big, allowing it to gape. Made me sad because I really wanted it to work for me. The bottom fit fine, so a small would not have worked. Had to send it back.
I was soooooo excited for this leotard to arrive in the mail. The price was great, the color turquoise was beautiful and the lower 1/2 fit great. I am 5'1", 80 lbs, have no boobs, and the bottom of the small was great but the top was awful. However, the top is really baggy and is too wide so it comes into the middle (aka your boobs will pop out the sides). I though it was just me, because I have no boobs. However, another girl at my studio has the same leo and the sides do the same thing on her even though she has boobs. Even if you are busty, I wouldn't suggest getting this leotard because of the top. So sad because the colors and price is great. :(
I was excited to receive this leo....that is until i tried it on. It is flattering, if it happens to fit you. However that was not the case for me. The top is way too loose, i tried to sew it to make it smaller but it didn't help. It offers no support and is really uncomfortable to wear. When doing cambres to the side it shows a lot of skin under the arms, pretty much showing side boob. It's awkward to wear in front of others and it is more trouble than its worth. I do not recommend this leo.
I would recommend this leotard for anyone. I got it in turquoise and it is a beautiful color. The only thing that I would have to say is that if you have a larger bust ( Im a 34D) you have to be careful because the shelf isn't the most supportive. Overall this is a pretty leotard.
Im really small on top, so the top of the leo was a little baggy. otherwise a very comfy and stylish leotard. I got the leotard in blue and it is adorable! If you are kinda flat chested like me I would not buy this Leotard.
I feel bad saying this, but this leotard was a complete dissapointment. First of all, the purple does not look like the picture, but is the color of your average, boring crayon. More importantley, however, was how it fit me. The led holes were great, and actually very flattering, and the lower torso area was fine too, as was the neck strap (although I would be worried about weather or not this would hold up.....since you have to strech it over your head to get in on and off) It was the BODICE that I have trouble with. There is absolutley NO support whatsoever. I wouldn't consider myself to have a large chest, (5'5, 100lbs, 32 A# , in fact my body type to be like tha tof the first model # in black# but this leotard fit horribly. I could never ever feel comfortable in class, especially in petite allegro #my favorite part) and agadio/combre's. BOTTOM LINE: Unless you have an absolutley, and I mean absolutley flat chest, don't buy this.
When will this leotard be available in smaller sizes?

Unfortunately there aren't any current talks of making a size XS or P in this leotard. You are more than welcome to try the child size, style #TH5508C, but make sure to double check the girth measurement as they do get significantly shorter. - DDS Customer Service (06/05/2013)
