This classic design features 3/4 sleeves and a feminine lace fabric on the neckline, back, and sleeves. Leotard has a front lining and a ballet cut leg line. Featuring BalTogs' signature Silkteck, smooth, breathable microfiber fabric. A beautiful leotard for performances or practice. Hand wash with cold water, hang dry. See sizing tab for important fitting suggestions.
This is a pretty leotard and design. I ordered an XL and it fit me more like a large, or somewhere in between. (I have a longer torso, so the length could have been better.)
One take away on the design is the sharp right angle under the arm. It would have been better if it had slanted or was more diagonal. I just saw the photos from our performance, and that took away from its overall look.
This leo is beautiful! I purchased it in plum and I just love it. I'm a L in 99% of all leotards because I have a 61in girth with a C cup bust measurement and the fit is great. It is not lined in the front even though the leotard material is somewhat thick, so I do need to wear a bra underneath, but it is not that noticeable if you choose a bra that fits lower on your shoulder blades. The lace sleeves are nice and breathable (they ride up just a little with lots of port a bras). This particular leotard is becoming very popular at our company and it looks great on everyone.
I'm 5'7" and 127 lb with curvy hips and I ordered the M. The leg line cut into my hips and upper thighs in an unflattering way. I would probably fit the L better, but I've decided to return instead of exchange because I don't love the leo overall. The front is very pretty with the lace and sleeves, but something about the cut of the leo in the back just doesn't seem right. It's not as flattering as it could be. Also, I was hoping the back would work with a cami-type bralette, but it's cut too wide in the back to tuck in the bra straps. Ends up looking tacky, IMO. No shelf bra included, so it's not doable for me. Too bad, because it is really pretty from the front.
I have had this leotard for only a few weeks and there are already many holes in the lace, not to mention there is actually a hole in the side of the leotard next to the seam. Also the lace shrunk and now it's very snug... It is a very beautiful leotard just don't expect to own it long...
I love the lace on this leotard. The shape is very flattering, and the material is comfortable. I've only worn it once, so I'm not sure how long I can make it without tearing a hole, in the lace, but it's worth it.
I love this newest addition to my leo family. The lace and fabric are soft, stretchy, durable and comfortable. This is flattering and covers somewhat modestly, while adding a nice line to your figure. I ordered the plum and will be ordering the black as well. I'm tall and not the typical dancer-shape, (hourglass, street size 10) and the XL was quite accommodating. I feel this would be a lovely purchase for a dancer of any age and would flatter most figures, because classic never goes out of style.
