I love the shape these shoes give; the arches, heel shape, and straps are all super flattering for making lines! However, I ordered a size 8 and wear a size 7.5/8 in street shoes. Unfortunately, they are too big on me, which I didn't realize until they broke in after dancing in them for a couple of weeks. They are now uncomfortable and feel unsafe to dance in due to their size, but they are too worn in to return. I would probably get a size 7 or 7.5 in the future. I've been really satisfied with the quality of product itself however and would recommend them to others! :)

COMFORTABLE, GOOD QUALITY
After reading reviews, I decided to size up by half size; they were too big. Exchanged for my usual character shoe size (in street shoes I'm a 7-7.5, in another very well known soft soled character shoe I'm a true 7.5); the 7.5 was perfect in these.
The leather is really shiny and not as soft as my other high end character shoes, but these feel super stable and durable, and I'm really glad to have this strap style with a flared heel in the 3" height. Excited to break these in and see how they hold up for musical theatre shows.

Thrilled that another brand is now making professional character heels. These are nearly exactly like the leading brand, but at nearly half the price. I got the same size I normally buy at L****a, which is a half size up from street and W. The only thing to note is the tan color is truly tan and a bit darker than the very light beige I’ve come to expect from a “tan” heel. As long as they’re decently durable, these will be my new go-to!
