These dots help reduce irritation, help protect against blisters, and relieve pressure on sensitive areas of the foot. Directions for application: Remove white backing from Dot, and apply exposed gel side directly to a corn, bunion, knuckle, or other problem area. The pink backing can be left on or removed as you prefer. Affix to skin with medical tape. Change Dancers' Dots daily.
The dots themselves are really great. They surprised me, I wasn't expecting them to be so moist. They're great for wearing under a band aid and protecting bruises spots or blisters. They provide more cushion than tape . The size of this package is really great for keeping in your dance bag and even if I buy the large container in the future, I will continue to refill this mini pack.
