These dots help reduce irritation, help protect against blisters, and relieve pressure on sensitive areas of the foot. Directions for application: Remove white backing from Dot, and apply exposed gel side directly to a corn, bunion, knuckle, or other problem area. The pink backing can be left on or removed as you prefer. Affix to skin with medical tape. Change Dancers' Dots daily.

I've gotten this five times over for my daughter. She swears by them n puts them on every time she puts on her pointe shoes to prevent rubbing. I usually have a back up tub so she's never out.

USEFUL FOR SENSITIVE SPOTS
They were so nice while they lasted, all my friends would ask to borrow them. The Packaging is useful but they dried out pretty fast even with them sealed so I probably had to throw away half of them. I highly recommend them as long as you know you will use them up fast.

GREAT IDEA BUT DRIED UP AND COULDN'T USE ANY AFTER A FEW MONTHS
I thought these would be a great staple for my dance bag (and for any pointe dancer!)
and at first it seemed I was right. They come in two sizes and are very comfortable and cushiony. Unfortunately, I took it out after a few months of not needing any and the whole packet was completely dried up. It was like a thin piece of paper and totally unusable.
I'm very disappointed.

CONVENIENT SIZE AND USEFUL PACKAGING
The dots themselves are really great. They surprised me, I wasn't expecting them to be so moist. They're great for wearing under a band aid and protecting bruises spots or blisters. They provide more cushion than tape . The size of this package is really great for keeping in your dance bag and even if I buy the large container in the future, I will continue to refill this mini pack.
