Nice looking shoe, but runs very large. I started by ordering my street size (8) as the site recommends, even tho the one reviewer stated they ran large. I was able to put my whole thumb inside behind my heel while wearing the shoes. I then ordered a 7, but they were too tight. Finally, I ordered a 7.5 and they are still slightly large. They will have to do, as I need for a performance and don't have time to order anything else. Measurements would be helpful with a shoe such as this. "Large" for one person could be a half size or a whole and different for another person. No way to tell until you try them on. Took about a week to receive each pair. One interesting note--the 7.5 and 8 came with a quick release clasp, the 7 came with a standard buckle. The box for the 7.5 also said heel is 2.5", while the other 2 said 2.6".
The Sizing suggestion is to get your regular street shoe size. Mine were too big. I'd get at least half size smaller, maybe a full size smaller. Is medium width, but is too wide for medium width. Had to return them as soon as I got them.
Im very confused on the sizing because 6, 6.5, and 7 all appear to be the same size according to the measurements. My foot measures 9" flat in length and 3.5 in width. What size do you recommend I buy?
Suggested fitting on this shoe is same as street shoe, you should start with that size, fitting is a suggestion not a guarentee. - DDS Customer Service (11/01/2012)
