For this shoe I bought the same size as my grishko pointe shoes, 5XXX, and the 5C fits perfectly. I would recommend going a whole 3 sizes down because they are so stretchy, or about a half size down from your normal flat shoe size. I ordered a 7 and I'm a size 9 in street shoes (regular shoes).
