We ship all orders less than 10 lbs expedited ground freight. Receive free freight (continental USA) on orders over $39 with use of code. Otherwise, orders less than 1 lb for a flat rate of $4.95 and $8.95 for orders greater than 1 lb. Delivery times may vary based on delivery zip code. Had to get this one because the foam tape my daughter usually uses was out of stock. It surprisingly worked very well on her feet and she's picky about her pointe accessory products. It kept her safe and she said it felt good inside her pointe shoes. So here to say I recommend it.

PRETTY TERRIBLE!
Wow, this is pretty terrible toe tape! I'll be honest: I sprang for it because it was pretty and patterned, but ... it's thin, doesn't stay put, and doesn't stick ... kind of defeats the point of toe tape. Drugstore athletic tape is far better.

BEST TOE TAPE
I've tried them all since I don't like toe pads. This is the best. It sticks enough, but not so much it hurts to remove. It doesn't roll. It stays on when my feet get hot and sweaty. It holds to bare skin or over a gel patch. There is basically nothing not to love, though sometimes I have to say a few bad words when I'm taking it off, since it does stick so well to itself.
