I usually do well following recommended sizing chart. This particular shoe said it runs true to street size. All of my shoes are size 7 so I ordered 7.5 to be on the safe size. When I tried them on my toes pushed into the top of the shoe and they were very narrow at toe and heel areas. I would recommend ordering at least 1 full size over street shoe.
