Womens Long Sheer Ballet Wrap Skirt

This is not an accurate one size for any average adult dancer. I am a petite adult (about 5ft3 and 112 lbs with a 26 in waist) and this skirt hardly overlaps in the front, only about 3 inches of overlap wrap, so it just looks weird and too small. It's also VERY long, almost to my ankles. I wouldnt recommend it as the length looks like it's drowning you, but the waist is too small... very strange proportions and sizing.

We have pulled the stock on this item and was able to confirm it is in fact an adult size. However, all body shapes are different. I would suggest to order up a size if clothing tends to sit higher up on your waist. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback.

I asked for this skirt in black for Christmas because I wanted something long and flowy to wear to classes with my company and to bring into rehearsal as well. I loved it at first, but then it started falling apart. The first skirt I got started coming apart around the hem and up where the elastic attaches to the top of the skirt. It frayed terribly and kept getting worse. Because of this, I called DD and they were very kind to send me another one for free. I was hoping that it was just a fluke and that it wouldn’t happen again, but I was wrong. The second skirt did the exact same thing, fraying and coming a part in the exact same places in just two weeks! I don’t mishandle my dance wear and I never washed it, and yet it only took two weeks to start falling a part. I would share pictures if possible, but I can’t figure out how to. I’m giving this skirt an overall rating of two stars only because customer service was so polite and sent me another one for free. I’m a long time customer of DD and I would recommend most of their products to people I know, but this skirt? Definitely not.

This skirt is comfortable and lightweight for practice. As an older dancer I appreciate the length with the ease of movement

Beautiful, light and flowing. Love this skirt. The ribbons are elastic, so I can easily roll it up to make it shorter at any point.

This is a one size fits most item and ties closed so it is adjustable. It should work for your measurements.
