I think that this is a great dvd to learn how to strengthen your body. she does not use the correct names for mostly anything. However; she may be doing that as a description thing to help the viewers understand how to do it better. So for an exercising dvd: great, but for technical instructions: no. Otherwise i like the workout and i am sure that everyone else will too. oh btw, it is supposed to be hard...so if it is too hard now just ease into it. :) She pretty much uses regular ballet exercises with her own combination's and just a lot of repetition of these things.
