I really wanted to love this, but since I can't get my arms into it, I'll have to pass. The neck opening is very small and tight with hardly any stretch. With careful maneuvering I was able to get it over my hips but was a big no-go trying to get it wide enough to get my arms inside. The girth seems to be shorter than most of my other leotards too. I bought a large, it looks like a short medium. Very disappointed, since I have three other Ashley Bouder leotards from her older collection, and they fit fine.
This leotard is beautiful. It seems well made and durable. The Lacey sleeves make my arms appear more slender and longer. however, there is absolutely no support. I was hoping this would be like a camisole leotard with the lace sewn over it, however this is not the case, It seemed okay at first, but after a few plies I was constantly pulling it up to avoid a "wardrobe malfunction." Now anytime I wear this, I have to wear a sports bra underneath, and it really doesn't look as pretty with a sports bra underneath.
I'd recommend this leotard to anyone small chested, but would advise anyone with a normal to larger bust steer clear.
This leotard looks really nice, but isn't a good choice for a class where you are using your arms a lot. The lace isn't stretching enough and when I move my arms I have a very uncomfortable feeling, especially when I move my arms above the head. The lower part off the leotard is nice and good quality. After the first time I wore it in a ballet class I had a hole in the lace.Very sad!
I adore this leotard. Beautiful true to size fit. One of the more expensive leotards I have purchased but defiantly worth every penny! I highly recommend this purchase. So much I will probably order an extra one.
