I got this romantic tutu in red and it's very pretty. For rehearsals is amazing! The waistband is very comfortable. I definitely recommend this romantic tutu.

Skirt is great quality and appears to be true to size. Wish it would have been packaged differently because when when we cut the bag open, the liner of the skirt got cut. I think it will still work for what we need it to though.

Great rehearsal tutu

I received this skirt in the champagne color and it is beautiful. I would call the color more of a pink champagne than a true champagne. It works perfect as a rehearsal tutu. It has a comfortable, thick waistband that gives a snug fit without feeling too tight and runs true to size.

I got this romantic tutu to use for rehearsals, and it works perfectly for that! The waistband is very comfortable and I got the light blue color which is very pretty. I wish the skirt was a little more circular and the tulle a little softly, but overall I definitely recommend this romantic tutu.

is the waist elastic. this dancer needs more room for her waste she is a 10 year old who is wider more like an adult small
This item does have a stretch waist band. We recommend measuring the dancer and consulting the size chart regarding this item.
