This leo has narrow leg openings. My dancer has thin legs and just from trying it on, it was digging into her. Also, better for someone with broad shoulders. This was too big from the armpits up.
This leotard looks nice and I think the quality is good. It's been washed and worn a few times and seems to be holding up. But, it runs small and does not have much stretch as a previous reviewer stated. My daughter doesn't want to wear it anymore because it's too tight. She is 7 and we ordered IC. In comparison, her dance costumes are IC and fit perfectly with a tiny bit of room to grow. They are Weissman - size chart is 44-47 inches girth for Weissman and 47 inches girth on the Natalie chart. I think a medium would have been better for my daughter.
This is a quality leotard that we use as one of our required class leotard options. The torso seems to be a bit longer, and it has a narrower cut, so it is great for our girls who are slender. It has style, yet has good coverage for a conservative look. All of our Natalie leotards have good wear, wash well, keep their shape, and last a long time.
