We ship all orders less than 10 lbs expedited ground freight. Receive free freight (continental USA) on orders over $49 with use of code. Otherwise, orders less than 1 lb for a flat rate of $4.95 and $8.95 for orders greater than 1 lb. Delivery times may vary based on delivery zip code. This is a very difficult item to put on! If your hair and makeup are on, forget about looking the same after putting this piece on, you will look like a hot mess! We ordered a women's small, the neck hole is so tiny with no buttons or Velcro to adjust to put it on, only 6" wide. Do not buy this unless you plan on spending more money to have it altered.
