I ordered these knee pads for contemporary dance class. I followed the size chart, but when I tried them on, they were extremely small, so I have to send them back. They are adult size, but they would fit only a child. Sizing chart needs to be fixed.

DANCE KNEE PADS
These run small! I measured my knees, as directed, and fell into the middle of the XS size. That surprised me as I think that my knees are more of an average size for a 5’8” female. I struggled to get them on and actually danced with them for over an hour. Getting them of was harder. I can tell that they provide support so I am going to try to get another pair in Small. I like them because they aren't too long yet seem to give the protection and support I require.

SO TIGHT AND BULKY
I don't have gigantic knees but these kneepads were bulky and cut off blood circulation. Had to return immediately. They dug into my thighs and gave me a weird bulge. I could barely bend my knees with them on.
