These are my go to jazz pants, I wear them for class, teaching and performing. They are light and breathable without being flimsy. They also run fairly long, which is great (no "high water" look or riding up). After many wears they do stretch out a bit, but otherwise they are great.

Pants that do not stay on

I ordered these pants for my entire dance team. They do not stay up over the hips on ANY of the girls when they are standing, walking around, and especially when they are dancing. I am unsure how they sell a dance pant that does not stay on the dancers body. If you plan on moving around in these pants, find something else.

Another item that's 100% cotton, so size up if you plan on drying them (I got a medium)! Very comfy, thinner than I expected. But opaque so far. I love the inch that was added to them, I'll not have to worry about flooding! Very flattering. :)

I am an xs. 5'3" tall. I generally wear regular inseam length. The length was very long when I got them but shrank to size once I washed them. The material collects a lot of lint and does not look fresh after some time lounging in them. They are very comfy. Ok for the price.

I need jazz pants for my daughter who has a 23 inch waist and a 30 inch inseam. What size theatrical

The inseam is more important than the waist, I can take in the waist.. My daughter keeps outgrowing the length.

The size small should fit her well but for extra length, order the size medium. The inseams for these pants are as follows: Small: 31 inches Medium: 32 inches Large: 33 inches
