My daughter has a recital coming up in May and has costume changes to make. She is also developing and was self conscience about changing even though she has done it a million times before. She tried it on and she loves that it is very soft and has several places to adjust the straps in the back. !

I am a standard size medium in almost every leotard I buy from any of the leotard makers. I ordered this in medium and it was so large I could pull the crotch to my knees. Next I ordered small. The small was also too large. I could easily pull the crotch half way to my knees. I have now ordered an XS and am hoping this will work. For a body suit meant to be worn under a costume,it should fit smoothly without so much extra fabric that it wrinkles and bunches up. The body suit appears to be well made. Fabric is nice and soft.

By my waist measurements, I should wear a large, but by other measurements, maybe not. I ordered a small and it seems a bit large all over. I may try an extra small, but that may even be larger than I would like.

Comfortable leo. Works great under my costumes. I'm 4'11" and I ordered the small, it fits good with room to grow.

This nudie not only is true to size, but love the non-glare straps for performances. Love the fabric very comfy and will wear well. Had Capezio before which was fine, absolutely prefer this Natalie nudie now that I have it!!

When our choreographer recommended an "over and under" garment for the show, I wasn't sure about the necessity of having one. I'm a convert, now. This undergarment is wonderful. It is soooo very soft and comfortable! Easily adjustable straps that don't chafe or dig into my shoulders. Great color that can go under anything. And washes and dries wonderfully (I handwash it in Woolite). I recommend this!

This item is perfect for wearing under dance costumes, so adjustable, especially if you have limited changing rooms. My daughter is 10yrs -5'3". she would normally take a small ( her waist measurement was an inch larger then stated). So we ordered a medium, and to our surprise it fit comfortably with room to grow.

Im am 5'4" and 140 pounds, with size DD beasts, and have been searching for a bodysuit that will hold me down,I ordered this one last thursday and I got it today and put it on and I noticed no difference in support plus it was VERY large on me

Daughter needed something to wear under costumes for theatre (changing between scenes.) Wears a child 14/16, sometimes buy her adult petite 2/4. Ordered her adult small and it fits perfectly. Definitely enough material for full coverage in the rear and room to grow a little taller. Opaque enough that she feels comfortable chaning in front of others with this leotard on.

I loved this leo it was easy to put on for quick changes and covered everything up. the only con is that its not very thick so you might want a bra underneath.

I got this to go under a low-cut leotard and it offers great coverage. the straps tighten a lot, so you can make it nice and high. They stay in place really well, too. It is also EXTREMELY soft. I mean like super soft and comfortable. However, after wearing it maybe 2 or 3 times it ripped at the neck line. It may just have been poor quality control, but it was really irritating. I could sew it back, but I really shouldn't have had to fix it after such a short period of time. So, overall it is super soft, comfy and practical, but it just isn't made that well.

As a mother of dancers and a teacher/choreographer, I have bought many 'nude suits' over the years and paid as much as $55 for them. None I have bought before this have been as nice. I've have broken straps, runs in the fabric, skimpy cut (causing stage wedgies) and horrible fabrics. When these came, I was immediately impressed by the soft, durable fabric. (I can't emphasize soft enough) The sizing is generous (if not a little on the large size) and the extra set of straps is very nice and gives us peace of mind. We have used these in competition in both adult and child sizes and are very impressed indeed. We liked these so much, we bought them to carry in our studio. I will never buy or recommend another costume undergarment again!

This leotard is almost perfect! I normally wear an xs, but I ordered a small based on the size chart. It couldn't fit better! The straps stay in and the variety of ways they can be worn is really helpful. The back comes to about where the bottom of a bra strap would be. It's great to wear under costumes too! The fabric is so soft! And it isn't see-through, but it is a few shades darker than in the pictures. It comes with clear and nude straps and has a normal ballet cut leg line. I've found it much better than more expensive undergarment leotards. I honestly couldn't be happier with this purchase and if you need something like this, definitely choose this item!

I found that the back of this leotard came up really high. It showed over the top of my costumes and it looked kind of awkward. I also had a little bit of a problem with the straps. The "buckle" on the straps kept slideing making the straps really loose. overall I wouldnt recoment this to a friend.

This leotard is wonderful! I ordered a nude one for using under costumes for recital. The material is very soft. It fit perfectly according to the size chart. I usually struggle with finding a leotard that will stay high enough to cover my breasts. But this leotard does a very good job of staying up high (but not too high). Also, the straps are awesome! Not only can they be worn so many different ways, but each leotard comes with a set of clear straps as well as nude straps. You can use whichever one you need at the time depending on what you're doing. The straps are very comfortable and do not reflect in the lights so they look truly invisible. I love the no-slip technology they used because it really doesn't slip. The straps were a little frustrating to try to figure out how to unhook and re-hook somewhere else at first, but on discountdance.com's website under this product information, there's a video that they put out that explains how to use the straps. That helped a lot! Anyway, I highly recommend this leotard to anyone who needs a good quality, affordable leotard to go under costumes.

All of the underleos in my local dance store ranged from the upwards of $30, yet I didn't really like the feel of any of them, so I was pleasantly surprised with this. For the price especially, this underleo is amazing. It's a darker nude than what's shown in the photo, but the fabric is soft and thick enough to cover you while still being thin enough to not be hot under costumes. It also comes with both nude and clear straps so you can choose which ones you like/need for different costumes.

This leotard just came in the mail today. I have not danced in it yet, but from trying it on I can tell you that this is the best camisole undergarment that I have ever owned! It fits very nicely (not too tight, doesn't cut into shoulders) and provides a surprising amount of support considering that there is no shelf lining. Make sure that you follow the size chart, though I would normally be XS, but the S fits perfectly. The straps attach in a very clever way and I am sure they would never fall off. The back is lower than it appears in the picture, too, which is a plus for me. I also love that it comes with nude and clear straps, because I am often not allowed to wear a camisole with clear straps. I would definitely recommend this leotard!

The extra strap holes are irritating. They looked small in the package, but stretched. The clear straps slip too often, but nude ones work fine.

The fabric of this item is thin as it is intended to be used as an undergarment.

We recommend sizing off of the girth most importantly. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee sizing, but that would be the most appropriate measurement to see that the leotard is proportionate for your body.

I'm currently in a musical that is dance heavy, and we need to wear a nude leo under our costumes to make quick changes easier. Will this leo work well for that? Also we will be performing four times a week for four weeks. Is this product durable?

This leotard is actually meant to go under costumes for easier changes and for modesty. Natalie brand is a good brand but if you're looking for an undergarment leotard that is more durable I would try style #3532, #3680, or #WM121.

Yes, great for quick changes. I'm just in the last weekend of a musical, and in the first act have multiple very quick changes required, and this was great for that! Haven't had it long, but it seems very durable, washes well in Woolite. - Worddr (06/04/2015)

From the seam in the crotch how high is the back on the XS? I am looking for a low back.

This is not a low back undergarment. What I believe you are looking for is style #N8301, the Natalie low back camisole undergarment.

This style does not have a built in bra and it is meant to be worn under a leotard or costume
