I like how tight this fits to the foot because the line is nice and clean, but I sized up a half size and probably could have gone up a whole size. It is very tight to get on but not overly tight once I'm wearing it. I'm hoping it stretches out more the more I wear them. Quality seems good so far, but I teach a lot of classes a week so we'll see how they hold up compared to the Blochs I've had in the past!
One other positive -- I like that the heel on these isn't as chunky as the Blochs I had before. It always bothered me how the heel broke the line.

COMFORTABLE IF YOU SIZE UP
Most comfortable jazz shoe I've worn but thankfully took the advice of others and sized up from my usual 8.5 to 9.5. Love the flexible

Once the shoe is on it is comfy. At first the top of the shoe at the opening feels real tight. I think once I break them in it will give. They are so light weight I dont feel like I have a shoe on.

PERFORMANCE
I have been wearing another brand jazz shoe for over 30 years during my interactive performances in special education schools. I decided to try a new brand and I am so happy with these shoes. They are fantastic, so comfortable. A great fit, I followed advice and ordered half size up from street size. I have just performed twice in them and my feet felt great. They turn well, even on non sprung floors. I will buy these brand again.
