M by Mariia introduces a signature line made of class-ready basics, designed with the high-quality "Mariia engineering" that you know and love. With a variety of vibrant colors and sleek silhouettes that can mix-and-match, you'll always have something exciting to wear.
Show off your beautiful lines with this classic leotard - featuring a boat neck front, three-quarter sleeve, a plastic clasp at the neck for easy on and off, and an open back. Leotard is shelf bra lined.
The color is pretty (I got the red) and the leo is comfortable. But keep in mind it's made of cotton, so it will most definitely give you big sweet stains after a ballet class. Also, after one ballet class, mine ripped a couple holes by the seam that i had to sew it together. Not the best quality.
This leotard is extremely comfortable to move in and looks really nice when worn in a ballet class. However, I don’t recommend if you’re going to be wearing for other classes where you might be lying on the floor on your back. The clasp on the back that keeps it closed tends to open if you’re lying down and moving too much. The leotard doesn’t fall down but it’s annoying to have to keep closing it during class. Happened when I wore to a modern class once
Basically, the problem that I am running into with this brand is that the leotards in larger sizes are a lot wider than longer. This is a problem for those of us who are thin and too long for a small, but not wide enough for a medium. So, if you are short but thicker in the middle the medium will work! For reference, I am 5'6 and 120lb. Bust 35, Waist 24, Hip 35.
