I really like this top. I wash in a garment bag and lay flat to dry but I don't see why it would need to be hand washed. It's normal fabric. I tie mine tighter than pictured and it's so pretty with a strappy sports bra. The bell sleeves don't fall down past the elbow and it looks so dramatic in the video from class. I bought on sale and am considering buying a backup.
