I purchased this leotard for my daughter. I used the size chart to measure. She was between two sizes and I sized up to be sure it had growing room. Upon receiving, it fit perfectly. Within two wears the straps had already come loose on both sides. Customer service requested that I send it back in order to be refunded. Why they need a damaged leotard, I'm not sure. I put it in the mail the next day. After several weeks I still hadn't received a refund. According to their tracking number, the leotard never left the original mailing service. Their response is for me to go try and find it. Of course at this point, it is lost. Highly recommend not purchasing from this company, as I will not be shopping here again and will advise all of the moms at my daughters dance studio to steer clear from here as well. Please make changes to your customer service.
While I was trying this leo on, I noticed that it ran a little small also the snaps on the neck closure were not any good. In fact one of the snaps popped off.
My 9 year old daughter loves this leo and wears it multiple times a week. It has held up great this year. She is wearing the child's medium and it fits her perfect.
