Being a petite but very muscularly thighed woman it's difficult for me to find perfect fitting leotards and when I do I never let them go!... This wasn't one of those.
Overall this leo is just a bit too snug in all the wrong places and lax where it should be snug.
No issues with the waist and the dropped back was beautiful but there was a noticeable unflatteringly tight indent line along the bum and thighs. The neckline isn't a straight across boat neck-there was definitely some scooping which immediately made it lose the elegance the picture has.
I also noticed some slight opening under the arms as I was reaching upwards which might lead to some accidental views i'd rather weren't seen.
There's always a chance that this was just because of my body type but I feel like that gapping under the arms would be worse should I decide to trade in for the medium.
Returning.
I am a bit abnormal in that I have a longer torso but I am still pretty small. This being said, this leo is quite tight on my shoulders and I wish the leo was made out of something more stretchy. I would say that this leo fits exactly like the measurements say, so if you have a long torso size up! Other than that it's a great product!
