I've been an avid user of resistance bands for cross training throughout my years of ballet training, but I've always been annoyed with how they roll and snap so easily. These bands are EXACTLY what I've been looking for and the quality is excellent! They don't roll, they don't hurt your skin, and after a few months of daily use they are still holding their elasticity and haven't snapped. I love these!

PERFECT FOR DANCERS LOOKING TO STRENGTHEN!
Absolutely obsessed with this product. The levels of resistance are incredible and strengthen my muscles in ways which are not necessarily targeted through dance. Perfect for the seasoned professional or a young dancer looking to get stronger by way of this cross training tool outside of the studio!
