My Daughter is 5 feet 2 and slender. Usually she wears a women's small but we ordered this in a small and it was very short through the torso. Loved the look so we sent it back for a medium. Hoping that is big enough.
My daughter loves this leotard, but it does run a bit small and the front shelf bra is narrow. If the shelf bra were just an inch longer, it would help. She wears a size small adult, and is 5'4" and 102 lbs. I agree with the other reviewer that suggested going up a size if near to the next size, based on the fitting chart.
This leotard is beautiful. I purchased a medium to accommodate my hips and I found this to be a perfect fit. I'm an adult student so this leotard only gets a workout for three hours at a time at most, but it holds up well and feels comfortable. As other reviewers noted, it does take a bit of contortion to get one's arms into it the first couple of times, but once you learn how to do it, it's a piece of cake. The mesh and fabric have held up well. The ballet cut leg is also modest enough for my adult body. From a color standpoint, it's a beautiful dove grey. I'm so pleased and only wish they had it in every color - I'd purchase this leotard 10 times over. Highly recommended.
When I first received this leotard, it was a bit hard to put on. I ordered a size small which is my normal size, but size was not the problem. It was hard to get the neck line to stretch enough to get my arms through the arm holes. Once I finally got them through I fell in love with the leotard! It fit perfectly and was very flattering! I definitely recommend this to anyone, but encourage you to order your normal size, unless you are in-between sizes then I would pick one larger! Love this Leo!
Got this for my daughter. She is very slim but had trouble putting both arms in without ripping the mesh. There is not a lot of give in the collar and it does not stretch all the way around.
