Otherwise, orders less than 1 lb for a flat rate of $4.95 and $8.95 for orders greater than 1 lb. Delivery times may vary based on delivery zip code. According to the sizing, the XS should have fit me perfectly. Instead, it fits my small 8 year old daughter. The matching child size bought for her also runs very small, fitting my 4 year old instead.
