I first ordered these in Medium, and they fit fine. I am so frequently dead center between sizes though, I just ordered a second pair in small to verify the sizing. My waist is 29-30 and I weigh 145 at 5'10". As soon as I know which size suits me best I will order more of these shorts. I love that they are short, but still just a tad longer in the inseam than others I have that seem maybe a tad too short at times.
