Ordered for a performance. Looks good and full on stage. I used the tutus for a group that ranged from 7-9 years old and it fit great on all of them.

I am very pleased with this style tutu. My dancers love they are soft tulle and very comfortable. This style is exactly what I hoped for. I have both child and adult sizes for students to try on before ordering. Because some children have longer torso's and longer legs the adult size for length look better on them. I would highly recommend this purchase.

These are beautiful...my girls are preschool and kindergarten age so they(tutus) are just as long as I wanted them which is between their ankles and knees...you can poof them out a bit, but because of the three layers they mostly lay flat which was fine by me...overall exactly what I expected.

What is the maximum waist size?

This tutu measures 22 inches not stretched and stretches to a maximum of 38 inches.
