These shoes are VERY comfortable! They are supportive and well ventilated... I am a tiny bit concerned about the exterior materials durability. After my first use there were tiny pieces of the material flaked off. Otherwise, good value for the price.
I bought these shoes on a whim, wanting something with a lower heel for teaching purposes; however, I've found them to be quite comfy. The unique mesh styling gets a lot of compliments and lets the shoe breathe a little, which reduces the odor. The only issue I have with them is that the shank is a little too sturdy to allow for complete foot articulation, though working against it is useful for strengthening. Overall a good practice shoe.
When buying ballroom practice shoes, do I go by my street shoe size?

Please see the sizing guide on each product page. Each individual shoe, as well as each company can run differently. This company does suggest the same as street shoes. However, please understand that this is only a suggestion and fitting is not guaranteed. - DDS Customer Service (06/25/2015)
