Toe Wrap Foam Tape

I found this tape to be much too thick. It did not stick well unless overlapped, resulting in a bulky feel. This foam tape may be good for spot treatment, but not for wrapping toes.

So I agree that the tape has a lot of comfort and is pretty amazing. It would be great if it were less pricey or came in a bigger size. The tape itself is great and tends to provide enough padding without cutting off circulation in pointe shoes. My only complaint is it falls off SUPER easily. I will have danced for 5 minutes and opened my shoes to find it somewhere not on my toes. I don’t think it is as durable and waterproof as it should be. I feel like you can find better at a drugstore. But it’s worth a try because it works temporarily and is still comfortable.

I love this tape. It's perfect for all your toe wrapping needs. It stays where you put it, even when you sweat. I use it mainly for cushioning against my ballroom and street shoes. It would also be perfect for pointe - as it's intended.

My daughter absolutely loves this toe tape. It prevents her from getting blisters and makes pointe much less painful. It's a bit pricey, and it would be great if it came in a larger size, but this toe tape is definitely worth it.

This tape is amazing hands down! Its nice and spongy and doesnt cut my circulation. It reduces blisters amazingly and if you put some on each toe you dont need any other kind of protection. It does finish fast though which was a shame :( there isnt much of it.

First pointe shoe experience is always trial and error. And also, it's always super comfortable wearing pointe shoes at a dance store, but when you actually go to a dance class and dance for an hour.... it's a totally different story. I got a pair of Gaynor Minden, and I thought they are the best pointe shoes I've ever had. I did pointe work when I was around 11, and came back again when I was 35. I remember being in a lot of pain, and when I tried GM at the dance store, I didn't feel any pain at all. Of course, I forgot about the dancing part. I went to a 60 min class, and my feet hurt so bad and got blisters. Then I tried different gel pads, gel toe caps and super spacer. Sure, they made it more comfortable (no more blisters) but my shoes got so tight and my toes felt totally numb. I didn't want to buy a wider box GM after 2 classes, so I got this tape instead. It works great. It takes up no room (way less than gel toe caps) and I feel no pain. In 2013, there are so many pointe shoe accessories that I've never even imagined when I was 11, but you also should think about how much room you will have to put these fancy things in your pointe shoes ;) If you already got a pair, but get pain or blisters, please try this tape! Yes, it's pricey, but cheaper than buying another pair of pointe shoes!

Even though I do love this toe tape, it is way to little for way to much! You don't get that much tape at all! I try to use as little as possible each pointe class, but it keeps on disappering (which is so sad because this tape is my first love:(!!! ) I do have to say that this tape has save my feet! In fact my toes love this tape much more than I do!!! They are best friends! I do recommend this tape to every dancer, because no matter what type of toes and feet you have, this tape works!!!

I love this! Its a nice foam texture and it rips off easily. Stays on, not forever but long enough.

This toe tape is the absolute best protection for your feet, especially in pointe shoes! It is a great quality and super thick! I used it when i first got on pointe to protect blisters and sore spots, and even though I don't need it anymore I always buy it for the other girls in my company! It is the best!

I LOVE this tape! It works for me in class really well, The only problem is, it runs out fast... but otherwise its really good tape. I love it.

This tape was comfortable. You have to make sure to wrap it all around your toe so it can stick to itself or it will come off.

I use this toe tape for a little extra padding for my pinky toes and on the tips of my big toes. It comes off when your feet are sweaty.

This really is the best tape because it's really soft and doesn't have any hard edges. I even find it helps where I need just a little more padding on the top of my toes, but I don't want the bulk of wrapping it around the whole toe. I even place a small piece on the end of my big toe to prevent the pain of my nail pressing against the shoe or the padding. It's a great all around foam tape. Gaynor Minden has some great options for pointe shoes.

We were spending a fortune on nexcare foam bandaids for my daughters feet. This is the exact same, but far more cost effective and quicker to use! As long as your feet are dry, it sticks great and comes off just as easily. It adds just enough of a very light pad where she tends to get new blisters, so it's very comfortable for her!! I'm a nurse and we have this type of tape at the hosp. but can't find it anywhere but here. (Actual 'foam' tape).

This tape is a thick foam that only has a light stickiness, so it won't hurt removing it.
