We now mail gift cards in addition to allowing you to print and send them online! When you order a gift certificate we will send, via First Class mail, an attractive gift card to the "ship to" address on your order. There is no shipping charge for this service. The card will ship separately from any other items on your order. This service is in addition to allowing you to send them online. After being issued a certificate may be printed or e-mailed by returning to this website and going to the gift certificate center under your account.
Gift Certificates may only be redeemed online at Discount Dance Supply. Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash, any amount not used on the certificate must be refunded to a debit or credit card at the time of redemption. Certificates do not expire. More than one certificate may be redeemed on the same order. A valid certificate code is required at time of redemption. Discount Dance Supply will determine the validity of any certificate redeemed before shipping any order that it is redeemed on. VERY DISAPPOINTED Discount Dance! Not so much in the product (I'm sure it's great, although I've yet to actually receive it), but in the delivery process that I'm experiencing. I ordered a GC towards the beginning of the month. Shipment was confirmed on June 15th. It is now June 30th and NOTHING! I have called twice, and, while your CSR's have been very friendly, the only answer I get as to the whereabouts of my delivery is "We have no idea where it may be or why it's taking so long". Shouldn't this be a concern that you have supposedly sent your product out to your paying customer, yet you cannot confirm where it is or why it did not arrive within your promised 3-10 business days? And yes, I have been given the option to print out the GC over the computer, but that method is not working either, despite assistance I've been provided via your Live Chat. More importantly though, I was hoping to have a gift to physically hand the recipient. All around a sad experience I'm having and highly reconsidering any future business through you or your site.

In the description, it says that you can print out a copy of the gift card. I was wondering how I can ensure that the card is printed, and not mailed to me, since I need it sooner than it could get here by mail. Thanks!
You are able to log into your account. There is options on the left side that state gift card information. Once on that screen you will be able to print the gift card information. If you have any issues with this, please contact customer service. - DDS Customer Service (11/08/2013)
If you log in to your account on our website you will see under the "gift certificate center" (listed on the left hand side) the active gift card code. You can either e-mail that specific code or put it on one of the gift card forms listed on that page and then e-mail it. - DDS Customer Service (04/05/2013)
