We ship all orders less than 10 lbs expedited ground freight. Receive free freight (continental USA) on orders over $39 with use of code. Otherwise, orders less than 1 lb for a flat rate of $4.95 and $8.95 for orders greater than 1 lb. Delivery times may vary based on delivery zip code. Orders greater than 10 lbs will be shipped ground and may exceed 3-days. Delivery times do not include processing time. Cannot be combined with other offers and additional restrictions may apply.
I tried to redeem my gift card for my order and at checkout it said it was applied. But after I hit the submit button, the final invoice doesn't show that the gift card was redeemed and my credit card was charged the full amount. How do I properly redeem a gift card online?
In order to redeem the gift card you must first enter the credit card area and then fill in the gift card code. We have to have a credit card for the order in case of any later refunds or exchanges.
