The shorts are true to size. My daughter is 13 and about 112 pounds and about 5-3. She is a fair size. I got a medium because of her butt being questionable and it fits just right.
I'm 5'4" 120lbs and the leg bands on the Adult M were way too tight and unflattering. They could be fine if you have very very thin legs, but I wouldn't recommend them otherwise.
Purchased these for my daughter. She loves them. Very comfy and soft. She is 5'5 1/4" and 122 lbs and she fit into the adult small perfectly. Would definitely purchase again!
Love the look, but when they were shipped their was a lot of strings, which needed clipped. I cannot wait to see my daughter perform her duet with them on! #excitedmom
I bought these shorts for my daughter who fell in love with two of the cute tops that match these shorts. We ordered her normal adult small in both the top and the bottom. The top fit fine, but the shorts were way to snug. We returned and ordered a size bigger and now she is very happy. They are more a bathing suit fabric feel (but thicker and snug) than the cotton she's become accustomed too with her dance leotards, but the band around the bottom keeps them from riding up, and she likes them a lot. Both pairs of new shorts were worn to class the first week after they arrived, that means they are keepers.
