GREAT EXERCISE ACCESSORY
I took the flexi stretcher with me to my summer intensives. I loved using it to help me warm up before class while in my dorm room or just for overall maintaining flexibility. It is easy to use and easily fits into a bag. If you are looking at working on your strength and flexibility, then I highly recommend the flexi stretcher.
