My 9-year-old picked this one out and it is beautiful. It does run a little small. She is thin and petite, usually wears a size 6x or 7, so I ordered 2 sizes for comparrison. The Intermediate was too small, but the medium fit her perfectly with a little room so that it should last her the rest of this dance season.

The sizing chart is off. My petite 6 yo (38 lbs 45") has a 38 inch girth and CS is very tight in hips, girth, torso.
