Comfortable and BREATHABLE enough for those long classes. Though a thicker lining would be ideal, this leo has been a staple in the dance wardrobe over many years. I wish they had each of the colors available in this leo in the princess seamed version, too.
I bought this leotard for my four year old daughter. I got her the 6x-7 size as recommended in the sizing chart. Although she is tall for her age, she is pretty well proportioned. The leotard is a little baggy in the chest, but barely comes up high enough on her to cover her. There is no way the straps are going to stay up when she's trying to dance! If I had ordered a smaller size, it definitely would not cover her up. It just seems to be designed for a shorter, wider child. However, the fabric is very soft.
I have this leotard in black and light blue. I am hoping to get mulberry since that color looks really nice. It is very comfy and at a great price too. This is a must buy.
I really love these leotards. They are soft and appear well made. The double lining is a nice addition and I didn't seem to notice it to be transparent.
This is a leotard with great value, however, it's best for younger children. The fabric is good. Although it's full front lining (with the same material as the leotard), it's still a little see-through.
