It is listed 52-55" for size 14 girth. I measured my daughter before ordering at 53.5"
The leotard was way to tight. She fit in all the other measurements as well and is not busty, chunky, stout or plump. She is not stick thin either.
Likes-
The 90 percent cotton fabric feels great. The lavender color we ordered is totally lined on the front. She loved it, it was just to short in the torso. Unfortunately the petite small in the adult is not available on Discount Dance and the small in adult looked to be to large according to the sizing chart. We are running out of time to have another not fit.

Ordered a 4– 6 for my skinny five-year-old, 43 “and 39 pound, and it barely fit, especially in lenght. Like, if we owned it I’d let her wear it a few more times before saying is outgrown, but not to buy for brand new.

My students use this CL5405 cotton spandex tank in black color for ages 8 to 11 and burgundy color for ages 12 to 14. Girls size 14 or Preteen is nice because it is not low cut in the front chest. It is also not low cut in the back. A camisole bra for young girls does not show.
The black cotton is front lined in black. It is not an annoying shelf bra but a full front lining. I believe that the burgundy color is also front lined in a black color. I ordered Bloch's brand royal mock wrap circle skirts. Next year, it is likely that I will switch to the Bloch's royal tank CL5405 cotton to match the Bloch brand royal skirts.
My ballet school is a classical school, so we use tank leotards and basic skirts for performance.

I’ve gotten these in the ballet pink, and they are excellent. A friend has the white, and they get dingy very fast. Our studio switched to a different color for the next level because of the issues with getting them clean. But the pink is fantastic.

Bought the eggplant Child Large for my 9 year old. The style, color and quality are great. However, the size, as most reviewers mentioned, runs small. I'd say the Large size fits more like a Bloch Medium. There is no XL so will have to return.

Ordered this leotard for my 2 yr old granddaughter who wears 2T. Sizing is 2/4 so I hoped it wouldnt be too large. It fits quite well with some room to grow when she's out of diapers. Good quality, should wash well and last as long as it fits.

This style is required at my daughter's dance school for the beginning levels. It washes up very nicely, is soft and incredibly affordable. My daughter is a 7 in Carter's brand clothing and the 6X-7 (size S) is a perfect fit. I have no complaints about this leotard. Thank you, Bloch!

It is not the prettiest leotard out there, but tanks often are not. It is though, very comfortable. Even my 11 year old daughter, who hates tanks, had to admit that this leotard is just plain comfy. The fabric has enough stretch that it doesn't press against her scapulas, a major issue for her. It's also cut differently; a little more forgiving of different body shapes. We sized down, and it fits my daughter perfectly (not skinny, but with a very short torso). I also love that it comes in larger sizes; hard to find.

This leotard is soft and feels comfortable for my daughter. She doesn't like all the straps on others and this one fits well. I also like that the lighter colors are lined in the front to protect her modesty. We have both pink and purple and we like them both.

Love cotton Bloch!

This is our 1st of this style and love it. My daughter has a long torso. She's 6 1/2 and the 6x/7 with short sleeves was getting very snug. Got the 8-10. It's a bit big and loose on her but she loves it and will grow into it well. We always wash in cold and hang to dry to help prevent fading of the black. Very nice, high quality, comfortable leotard.

This is the (new) required leo at my daughter's studio. It is inexpensive and she says it is comfortable (she favors cotton leos), but the cut makes all the girls look dumpy (maybe the lack of any front seams or gathers?) and is full across the rear (droopy on even the heavier girls.) Began to develop pills after the first wash and has faded. Like the other Bloch leos she's had this one seem to run short in the torso.

Leotard fits like a glove (size 8-10) child medium. Comfortable at the shoulders with enough growing room for this year. Fits snug without being tight. Thought it may be a little big given the size measurements provided....fits much better than expected.
Cotton / Lycra fabric feels durable, soft and has excellent colour saturation (black). Purchased matching Bloch V-Style Jazz Shorts (Cotton / Lycra) in black. So glad I did! Very pleased with the level of customer service we received...prompt delivery to Canada. Will happily shop online here again.

The only one we buy

This IS the only one I buy. My dd is a 10 yr old 18hr a week dancer, and this is the ONLY one she likes. It's not itchy, bunchy, the back doesn't slip, the rear doesn't ride up, and the shoulders don't dig in. It DOES run a little small. She's wearing the M now and she's about 50in and 58lbs - usually about a sz 7. We've used these for 4 years in varying sizes and colors. Very durable and GREAT VALUE!

My favorite leotard IN THE WORLD

This is my absolute favorite leotard. I have worn it for over 5 years and surprisingly, I still fit, but that's another story. I used to wear it plain, but then I decided to pinch it. With my pinching skills, and my sister's sewing skills, we pinched the front and back. It is such a gorgeous leotard and feels amazing. I purchased the old style, when there were tons of jazz cut leotards. Also, my favorite. I am IN LOVE with this leotard. Also, if you don't want the color to fade, wash in a dark load, and hang dry.
