The material of this leotard was not what I expected. It is very low cut also. I was disappointed. I ordered a few other things from this company and they were great, this leotard was just not good quality.
I ordered a size Large for my 9 year old who wears a child size 10 in kid's clothes. She is average in all of her measurements and I could have went with a medium according to the size chart. I also looked up reviews for this, as usual before purchasing. I received it and it looked like a toddler could wear it. Order 2 sizes up or if child is slim. Disappointing.
This is a great leotard. My daughter picked out the navy blue color and it is very pretty. The back of it is very flattering and unique. Be careful though--it does run small. A size medium fit pretty well on my daughter but I do not think she will have any growing room.
I love these leotards on my dancers. They're durable and the color stays all season. However these leotards run small. I ordered size large for my dancers who wear size 10 girls and they were WAY too small. A large did fit a child who wears an 8 and it fit perfectly.
