Body Wrappers supremely soft footed tight offers durability and superior comfort. Features include a reinforced toe, sewn-on logo waistband, an invisible run guard, and a dyed-to-match coolmax nylon gusset. Great for dance class, performances, and recitals.
I'm not so sure that recommending matters when it comes to dance tights for little kids. Most dance schools have required tights. For the Oregon Ballet Theater, these are the required tights for pre-ballet through I think level 1 (check the blog for current info). My daughter gets 6-8 wearings out of a pair before I toss them. She likes to keep them on after class, which shortens their life. So tights lasting that long with a kiddo running around in them outside of class is really good!
Now these do seem to run small. She's 46" (tall for a 4-year-old) and 42 pounds, yet the 4-7 size, which is the S/M here, were pretty snug over the summer, which is part of why I didn't care about her running around in them outside of class. They were really too small. This time I went with the M/L which is, of course, slightly baggy, but for kids, that's room to grow.
Before buying these, or any, tights for your munchkin, double check if your child's school has a required tight. If so, then my review doesn't matter. If there's no requirement, then I can recommend these rights.
My daughter has had these for a year and they are still looking new. I have also recommended these for other girls in her class and they all look great. There is no bagging you see with other tights. The ballet pink color matches the Bloch ballet shoe color nicely.
