I am a dance teacher so I have seen alot of skirts. Bought this for a 2 year old doing her first ballet class, it lasted for about 8 weeks before I noticed fraying along the bottom. The bottom of the skirt is just blunt cut no seams, no glue, nothing. It is a very cute, soft lacey material but it just does not hold up. After cutting the frays off I noticed it would just fray more, it frayed around the top where the elastic waist band is, after 12 weeks of ballet and only wearing it in class not outside of class or to and from, the skirt was finished. It is a cute skirt and looks cute on but it is just poorly made. Fits true to size and is soft

length of the skirt

for large size..what is the length of the skirt

The skirt is approximately 10 inches in front and drops slightly in the back to approximately 12 inches.
