Don't bother in white, the lining is not thick enough. You can see either nipples or the circle edge of the silicone cover ups. Purchased both adult XS and S for my 12 yo for a photo shoot, and the adult S was a near perfect fit, but I returned it all since it was basically transparent even with a lining. Sizing was close to true to size, but I'd say if you are going with a dark color, it runs slightly smaller than true to size. And definitely don't bother with the matching white briefs. EVERYTHING is visible.
