Adult 3/4 Sleeve Velvet Leotard

I love this leo so much, I got it in all 3 colors! I am typically right in between a medium and small in leotards (with the small being a tad more snug than I like), but this one I fit comfortably in a small. I'm 5'2", 115 pounds for reference, with a size C chest and the support is pretty decent even. I also run cold so love the bit of extra warmth in the sleeves. Highly recommend this leotard.

I usually fit perfectly in a size Petite Adult and this was big in the arms and it's definitely made for someone with a bigger bottom.

Love this Leo. I usually order a medium for the length but this one was a bit larger than most mediums I order.

Rating of 4 stars because this leotard rums so much larger than the sizing chart recommends. We ordered a small size because my daughter's measurements are Bust 31, Waist 25, Hip 35, Girth 58. She has a long torso and is approximately 5' 3" tall. The leotard holds up excellently in the washer, does not bleed or fade color, and dries quickly when hung up to dry. However, it runs so large that our seamstress cut off 2" of fabric and re-sewed at the crotch so that the length and large leg openings fit my petite daughter well.

This leotard is surprisingly comfortable. My past experience with velvet is that it's not soft or stretchy, but that's not the case with this and the mesh is soft and stretchy too. While the velvet adds a more dressy touch, this leo isn't overly fussy. It's a nice change from the ordinary, but not so over-the-top that it feels too fancy for the studio. I took off a star due to the rest of the fabric, it's kind of thin and not the best quality. It's not necessarily bad, it's just not the most luxurious fabric around. It seems well constructed, and the sizing is more generous than most dancewear and that's nice because constricting mesh and velvet are no fun. This is a nice addition to my dance wardrobe, depending upon durability, I might buy the burgundy one too!

I have had a lot of leotards over the years, and this is definitely one of my favorites. I have worn it a fair amount and machine wash it, and it has held up beautifully for a couple years. It looks great on and feels really nice too! I sometimes struggle to find leotards that are high enough in the front, so that I don't have to constantly be hiking it up after combinations, but this leotard is perfect. Only flaw is that the velvet makes it warm to wear, but the mesh sleeves help.

This leotard looks plan and not very stunning on the website but I wanted to give it a try because I love cotton leotards. And I am glad I did! I order the burgundy color and it is absolutely gorgeous! The tulle is not itchy at all it is super soft. I would highly recommend!

I ordered this leotard in the navy color and it looks great, but runs just a little bit big. Its comfortable and the mesh sleeves are super breathable, however, there was a hole in the armpit part of one of the sleeves after only wearing it for one class. Other than that, I'm impressed with the way this leotard looks. I am 5'4 108 lbs and ordered a small. Be aware that all of Baltogs leotards run differently in regards to size.

perfect, looks expensive, and the back reminds me of a mesh yumiko! very flattering, yet runs a little large. I have been looking for a velvet and mesh leotard for a while and I am so excited Baltogs made exactly what i wanted!!!

Very well-designed leotard. Leg line is a nice cut (moderately high) and the mesh back is flattering (does not go so low as to show the top of your tights). My only complaint is that the sleeves bunch up to above the elbow every time I raise my arms, giving it more of a half sleeve look than the specified 3/4 sleeve. Overall a great product.

i ordered a medium but it actually turns out that i need a small, anyway to exchange it to go down a size?

You are welcome to make a return within 30 days as long as the item is in new condition. This excludes any sale items, and all tights or undergarments that have been opened. We no longer process exchanges through the mail. You will need to return the item for a refund, and place a new order online or over the phone. Please be sure to fill out the return slip on the back of your invoice to let us know what you are returning. If you do not have the original invoice please print off your email confirmation and simply write the information on there. You can also use a blank piece of paper and write the order number, your contact information, and what you are returning.
